Mr Arpan Nahar-CEO and Managing Director

 
He holds Master’s degree in Food Chain Management from the prestigious Imperial College London, Master in Horticulture and Bachelor in Agriculture and Post Graduate Diploma in Import-Export Management from the World Trade Centre, Mumbai (affiliated to World Trade Centre, New York). He has undergone various academic and professional training, where he got some excellent opportunities to work in the real time international environment in Australia, the UK and India.

Equipped with theoretical and practical knowledge, he started a firm Arpan International (Agro and Solar Consultancy firm and involved in Export-Import of Agro and Food produce) in 2006 in India. He is also a Partner of a firm Energy Revolution (Builder and Coloniser and Energy Consultancy firm) in India. He has also worked as a Store Manager at the Matilda Fuel Service Station and Supermarket at Brisbane, Australia and as an Export Coordinator (Food Division) at the Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd, Jalgaon, India.

The specialised Master degree in Food Chain Management from the world-renowned Imperial College London and vast experience for developing new sites as a developer and coloniser, in retail and export-import industries enhanced his skills set.
He has an extensive background and experience in Strategic Planning, Developing new sites as a coloniser, Restructuring Operations, Export-Import and domestic Marketing and International Business Relations.
 

Dr Vinita Nahar – Director and Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

 
Her educational background includes PhD in Computer Science from the University of Queensland, Australia, Master in Computer Application and Bachelor in Computer Application. Currently, she is working at the University of Wolverhampton as Senior Lecturer in Computer Science.

She involves in recognising profitable applications to products, services, and processes and in the development of the employee database system, various firm’s projects and website development and maintenance. She is also helping for various kinds of international communications and employee’s training.
 

Mr Manraj Nahar- Hon. General Counsel/ Chief Legal Officer (CLO)

 
He is graduate in law and Commerce and holds Bachelor in Law and Master in Commerce degrees. He has more than three decades of legal experience having expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, Collaborations and Joint Ventures. He involves overseeing and identifying the legal issues in all departments and their interrelation, as well as corporate governance and business policy.
 

Mrs Saroj Nahar- Hon. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

 
She has Bachelor degree in Commerce and Finance. She looks after the financial and accounting issues of the company. She is responsible for the financial planning of the company, expanding new networks and supports strategic decision making through to strong financial stewardship. She is also a Partner of a firm Energy Revolution (Builder and Coloniser and Energy Consultancy firm).
